Recently, the 2021 annual meeting of Chinas cast pipe and pipe fittings industry and the seventh general meeting of the board of directors of cast pipe and pipe fittings branch were held in Yingkou, Liaoning Province. In recent years, the center takes serving the quality improvement of Chinas cast pipe and pipe fitting industry as its own responsibility, provides technical support for material selection, pipe network safety and new product research and development in the water supply and drainage industry, serves more than 60% of the countrys cast iron pipe production enterprises, and has developed a fluid pipe flexible interface sealing performance test-bed. It is the only third-party testing organization in China that can carry out this project, It has provided witness testing services for international well-known certification bodies TV and SGS, and participated in the formulation of many new product group standards such as ductile iron polyethylene composite pipe and socket flexible interface steel pipe for water supply. In the next step, the center will further give full play to the technical support role of the national quality inspection center in the high-quality development of the service industry, and strive to become the inspection and test technical support base of Chinas casting pipe and even Chinas casting industry
